By creating an account or using DailyEarn you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DailyEarn, and at least 18 to earn, be paid or withdraw. You are responsible for providing accurate information.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. You will not post illegal, infringing, abusive or harmful content, or abuse the earning, boosting or referral systems.
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant DailyEarn a licence to host, display and distribute it within the app. You are solely responsible for what you post.
Coins, Gold, Diamonds and cash balances are subject to our payout rules, fraud checks and minimum thresholds. We may withhold earnings obtained through fraud or policy abuse.
We may review, filter, remove content and restrict accounts to keep the community safe. Automated filters and human moderators work together. You can appeal decisions.
DailyEarn is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user content or for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
