Account details (name, handle, email/phone), content you create, device and usage data, and payment details needed for payouts. We collect approximate location only with your permission.
To run the app, personalise your feed and earnings, prevent fraud and abuse, keep the community safe, process payouts, and comply with the law.
We share data with payment and infrastructure providers under contract, and with authorities where legally required (for example, child-safety reports). We do not sell your personal data.
You can edit your profile, manage who can tag or contact you, control sensitive-content visibility, download a copy of your data, and delete your account at any time.
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
DailyEarn is not for children under 13. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13 we remove it. Minors under 18 cannot earn or withdraw.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong password and enable MFA.
